I will be interested in reading about your journey with Linux, its an OS that I will be returning too myself as I move away from Windows.

From when I started using Linux back in 2005 it has made huge strides within gaming and overall desktop use. Linux wouldn't be where it's at today without the opensource community and it's contributors. I hope you find a good distro that works for you!
